How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." Your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 90-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request.

How do I report a problem with a place?

Open the place detail view and tap the flag icon to report inaccurate information. Our team will review it.

Is CityPirate available in my city?

We're launching in Barcelona first. If you'd like CityPirate in your city, let us know at hello@citypirate.app.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings and tap "Export My Data." You'll receive a file with all your check-ins, tips, saves, and photos.
